faub
Hi, I want to run a .bat without dos windows, so I use run(myPrg.bat,"",@SW_HIDE) For my test I wrote a simple .bat program: cmd But when I execute run(myPrg.bat,"",@SW_HIDE) a dos windows appears. I saw in the forum that SW_HIDE should work ! but not for me , I don't understand where is the problem. Thank for your answer. Frederic.
Moderators SmOke_N Posted July 3, 2006 Moderators Share Posted July 3, 2006 The problem is probably in your .bat file. But what happens when you do it like:Run(@Comspec & ' /c ' & 'C:\myPrg.bat', @WorkingDir, @SW_HIDE)? Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.
MHz
Hi,I want to run a .bat without dos windows, so I use run("myPrg.bat","",@SW_HIDE)Either method works for me. You do need to surround the 1st parameter with quotes as it is a string.
Developers Jos Posted July 3, 2006 Developers Share Posted July 3, 2006 Are you using RunAsSet() ? This is a known issue when RunAsSet() is used..
