Bert
This is a small thing, but when I make a new file in SciTE, and I click "save as", I have to type the file type. I take it the reason is you can use the editor for different languages? It would be nice that the default would be au3, or what ever I like to set it to. I've looked in the various options, and I'm not sure on where to set this. Xenobiologist
HI, maybe you can get used to this workaround. Make a script with your header. Like type setupudf then Ctrl+B in scite and save it as .au3 Then you always open this script in you Scite sessions. When you want to have a new script, you can press Ctrl+Shift+p Save a Copy. Now you are able just to hit pos1 and type name of script.
