Counterstrike Help

The shortcut for Counterstrike has a target of

"C:\Program Files\Steam\steam.exe" -applaunch 10

How do I do a run command so I can open that up or do I need to have the script run steam then use the mouse to open up counterstrike?

np just the 2nd quotations is what i use..
