FTP file upload and log?

I need help to create a log file that will capture the bytes transfered for a file via ftp then compare the local file size and if they do not match it will resend the file again. i am using w0uter"s ftp udf and i have all working fine except the file size/transfered comparison. is it possible to achieve this using autoit?

i have successfully done this using strictly dos bat files but i want a single clean exe to do this. any help is greatly appreciated..

If you can achieve it in a batch file, have you tried 'Batch File Compiler'
