You could create a loop that wil read the color under the mouse, search adjoining pixels for the same color, move the mouse there, and repeat. That will move the mouse along the line. Accounting for lines that are more than a single pixel wide and going in any direction will require some extra logic, but definitely doable... Valuater's AutoIt 1-2-3, Class...
