IE checking for url

Is there a way I can constantly check for a url, and when it finds that url to change a string in the htmlbody to something? I just got IE.au3 so I have no clue where to start.

Oh and does firefox work with IE.au3 ?

IE.au3 only works with internet explorer, And, There should be a helpfile for IE.au3. If only I knew that when I got it xD
