I know how to delete keys and write them to the registry, but is there a way to modify and existing key using auto it?

RegWrite?

I tried that, it just adds a duplicate key. I cant delete the file and re-write it either, i just have to change its value. I am not sure if you can do that though.

Did you try searching scripts and scraps?

Edit:

I didn't go through them all, but this might help.

If its creating a duplicate key, you must be making a typo. I have never had a problem like that.

RegWrite("HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DVFaxNotifyServer","ObjecName","REG_SZ",$Domain_Name & $edmmt)

Unless I am missing something here. I cant add a duplicate key by hand but auto will put one there.
