Larry pointed out in a previous thread that ControlSend doesn't always work with the shift state, and I am starting to work on a 2nd version of my ShiftControlSend function, but require some more information. I tested ControlSend with a few alt and control keystrokes, and it appears to work fine from what I've tried so far. However, i was not able to use a combination like "#d" or "#l" to any control, including several windows, and the desktop. I would like to know if the windows modifier key has a similar issue as the shift key, and would require the global state to be changed.

I am also aware that the answer might be that I cannot use any of the windows key combinations with ControlSend, and therefore wouldn't have to build handeling into my UDF. However, I would like to confirm if this is the case (and if not, see my question above.)

Sorry about the double post, but this thread was working it's way onto the 3rd page. I'd like to know about the modifier key issue since I can't finish my UDF properly without it.
