daldous
I'd just like some general guidelines. How do I click on a web link inside a Firefox tab? I've tried the AutoIt window tool and it doesn't give me a control ID. Is there more than one method to do this? Has someone written scripts to automate a bunch of common tasks on the internet websites? I'd like to read all of that, if you can provide a reference. I find that I can absorbe things better from code rather than instructions. (PROVIDED THE SAID CODE IS COMMENTED )

(PROVIDED THE SAID CODE IS COMMENTED )The answer to this question(s) is/are no... there are no functions/code to automate Firefox in general as there are for Internet Explorer. Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.
