Hi folks,

has anybody found a way how to change the background colour of a splashtext window (per default it is light grey coloured)? I know, that there is no support of the function itself, but I also tried dll-calls but witout success so far.

Greetings uberis

HI,

you can use a Gui without title to have the same effect as a Slpash. Then you can change the background.

$SPLASH = GuiCreate("", 300, 60, -1, -1, BitOr($WS_POPUP,$WS_DLGFRAME), BitOR($WS_EX_TOPMOST, $WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW))
GUISetBkColor(0x66FF66)
GUISetFont(15, 690)
GUICtrlCreateLabel("Message here...", 5, 20, 295, 30, $SS_CENTER)
GuiSetState()
Sleep(1100)
GUIDelete($SPLASH)

HI,

yeah thanks for the example.

#include<GUIConstants.au3>

and it should work like a charm.
