Has anybody made a registery explorer? Where you can see all the registery. (Optional things: modifying the values, making new key's/values, adding to the registery, ect.)

If so please provide link/code :P

I know that, but I want to embed the explorer (reg explorer) into my code, inside a gui.

I don't understand why you would want to do that, it's pointless, what more can you add to reg explorer that isn't already there? doing this in autoit is re-inventing the wheel.

but i'm sure its possible... :P

Okay, I see what you mean there, but how would I embed all the controls also?

As to your "It's pointless" thing. I'm making a program that will be a computer 'auditor' thing. Able to read everything on the computer. All I need to add now is a registery editor/explorer

bump...

Just bumping once just to make sure if anybody knows.

Well my best guess would be to find a "ActiveX" interface for a registry editor(Good luck :) ) and then using something like this to make it embeded

#include <GUIConstants.au3>
; Simple example: Embedding an Internet Explorer Object inside an AutoIt GUI
;
; The full example is available in the test\ActiveX directory (TestXInternet.au3)
;
; See also: http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/browser/webbrowser/reference/objects/internetexplorer.asp

$oIE = ObjCreate("Shell.Explorer.2");Replace

; Create a simple GUI for our output
GUICreate ( "Embedded Web control Test", 640, 580,(@DesktopWidth-640)/2, (@DesktopHeight-580)/2 , $WS_OVERLAPPEDWINDOW + $WS_VISIBLE + $WS_CLIPSIBLINGS)
$GUIActiveX         = GUICtrlCreateObj      ( $oIE,      10, 40 , 600 , 360 )
$GUI_Button_Back    = GuiCtrlCreateButton   ("Back",     10, 420, 100,  30)
$GUI_Button_Forward = GuiCtrlCreateButton   ("Forward", 120, 420, 100,  30)
$GUI_Button_Home    = GuiCtrlCreateButton   ("Home",    230, 420, 100,  30)
$GUI_Button_Stop    = GuiCtrlCreateButton   ("Stop",    330, 420, 100,  30)

GUISetState ()       ;Show GUI

$oIE.navigate("http://www.autoitscript.com");Rid/Replace

; Waiting for user to close the window
While 1
    $msg = GUIGetMsg()

    Select
        Case $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            ExitLoop
        Case $msg = $GUI_Button_Home
            $oIE.navigate("http://www.autoitscript.com")
        Case $msg = $GUI_Button_Back
            $oIE.GoBack
        Case $msg = $GUI_Button_Forward
            $oIE.GoForward
        Case $msg = $GUI_Button_Stop
            $oIE.Stop
    EndSelect
