Pasting without using Send("^v')?

Is there another way to Paste without using Send("^v')? Is there an alternative way to do Paste, without using the keystrokes, etc. Like ClipPutPaste()?

ControlSet, ControlSend, etc. solutions are not an option in this case. Not working with a control.
