Create program links/shortcuts

Is it possible to do this in an edit control or something similar? I need it to scroll vertically, and populate the shortcuts from an INI file, dynamically on application start. Can it be done? Has it been done?

I made this once. I will dig up the script for you, it's a great program for shortcuts.

Brilliant, I'd love to see how it's done. Mind if I steal and modify your code to fit my script? You'll get credit :)

I did it with small buttons, not a edit control. This sort of question normally should be answered by a feature called the 'search form', I already found some good scripts. Anyway, my ex has the only copy left of the script, so I will have to ask her. Don't expect too much. :) No, I will probably get it but it may take a day.
