Basically you would have to open the installer to the spot that has the button you would like to press, open the AutoIT Window Info program, mouse over the button on the installer (ensuring it has focus) and then take note of the control ID of the button. The command would then look something like this: ControlClick ( "windowtitlehere", "optional text here", 5 ) ;5 is the control id of the control you would like to click Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Finally sorted it out.. heres my final working code hope it can help someone in the future. thanks to the Autoit Active window info now i integrate it on my silent winxp dvd installer..
