Tukata
Hi, I want to check if user is on-line but I don't want to use CheckIP or any other command which tries to establish connection. Is that possible ? Thank you Tuk
jvanegmond
You want to know if a PC is online without making a connection? That's impossible! You have to make a connection to the internet to know wether or not you are online or not. github.com/jvanegmond

Xenobiologist
Hi, yes I think so. Try it with google or ibm ... I haven't looked into Ping() but maybe the only prob could be, that it is related to the settings in IE. So if you are using different proxy settings in IE and Firefox, BANG.
