top_gizmo Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 has anyone made a function that will compress a .exe and uncompress it without the user having winzip installed? If they are using XP they dont need any zip program, no 7zip, no includes or special dlls.I use the runwait command with cabarc.Cabarc is part of xp and you can create and extract .cab files with it. Even has switches for compressing more than you can with winzip.
