DatFool Posted October 11, 2006 Share Posted October 11, 2006 (edited) Looking through my files I stumbled upon AutoIt. I didn't recognize it, so after seeking the info, it seems to be a great prog. I'm wondering how it got onto my comp and what it's functions are for my machine. I'm also wondering, since it's freeware, what evil can be done with it. It's purely troubleshooting. I do not plan to cause havoc. I'm a little concerned that something is shutting my comp down randomly after tackling adware, spyware, a keylogger and some viruses. How do I find out what it's doing on my machine? And what can I do to stop it if it is being a pesky prog? Thanks a bunch for your time!
