Kelvin
Hi all, I'm experimenting with AUTOIT for the purposes of doing some remote patching. Currently, I'm just testing with the install WinZip example, by loading up the exe file and the script into the client machine. Problem is, I'm trying to get WinZip to install *WITHOUT* having to log in. Wonder if this is possible, I noticed that the winZip setup window only pops up after a login. I was thinking if there's any way to get around this issue. Any ideas much appreciated. Thanks. Kelvin

Kelvin
What method are you using of making your script run at startup?I'm actually rolling out patches via BIGFIX. not sure if you heard of it.. it's a patch management software. Actually, i'm only looking into use AUTOIT scripts in the situation where the installer doesnt provide switches to enable a silent installation, like /slient or /q etc. So, in such cases the Installation GUI would just pop up and my BIGFIX client would wait for it till some one logs in. So.. I was just thinking is there was any way to get the script to work without actually loggin in. ThanksKelvin
