Accessing the phone like and listening to it through the speaker and send voice through the mic. That would need to connect to a modem on your computer hooked up to a phone line, then send the voice data to the speakers using dlls and somehow send back voice. I'd go with Skype, it is free Canada\US until the end of 2007.
