Whale
OK, let's say I have to take this to a software lawyer... Can you tell me why it should be legal..? for example, MS provides the Windows Script Host to host scripts like AutoIt. What other applications or languages or tool kits or whatever does MS find acceptable, which have the same function as AutoIt.. ? Thanks for any help you can provide. It will save me from having a lawyer bill me for research.
BigDod
I am pretty sure that AutoIt is legal but if you were to use it to do something illegal it is you who would be taken to court not AutoIt. Snarg
If there is going to be any suing going on, I'm jumping on the Java bandwagon. Being multi-platform and all, there is some serious cash to be made... A little reading goes a long way. Post count means nothing.
Paulie
Can you tell me why it should be legal..?Can you tell us what it does? Your answer to that will most likely be the same answer to your question. That fact that you are too ashamed of it to post it doesn't bode well for an outcome of good things. darkshadow791
Writing a program in any language that could be considered illegal doesn't make the language illegal, just the program or the person who wrote the program.
