Backing up Sytem State

$PARAMETER = 'backup SystemState /J "' & $LABEL & '" /V:YES /L:f /M normal /f "\\RemoteServer\Share\' & @ComputerName & ' - SystemState.bkf"'
Run (@SystemDir & '\NTBACKUP.EXE ' & $PARAMETER)

Question is how to determined succesfully reboot.
