Read memory address a process

Example :

Game process : Audition

Address : 018430F4

Value : 321400

Type : Interger 4 bytes.

So how i can use AutoIt read memory address(018430F4) ?

I have no idea about how to make a loader i.e: run($Targer_process) and do a search & replace bytes in memory

an other inportant think to know: raw address (offset on disk file) is different of adress in memory.

may be an other great user can make as an udf for that (hope so).
