Moonwaltz
I finally have my script working but I would like to add one more thing. when the script is running a certain proccess I would like the user to not be able to reboot or shutdown the machine. one particular proccess I'm calling could have devistating effects if the users shut down or reboot before it is complete. Any hint's suggestions or starting points would be wounderful.
BigDod
You could always use BlockInput. This would work as long as the user does not use CTRL-ALT-DEL Time you enjoyed wasting is not wasted time ......T.S. Moonwaltz
blockinput won't work because they have to continue to be able to work till the script prompts them to reboot. Sorry I should have included that in the original post. Edited January 5, 2007 by Moonwaltz
Moderators SmOke_N Posted January 5, 2007 Moderators Share Posted January 5, 2007 http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.ph...st&p=285943 Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.
