Minimize Notepad to system tray

Is it possible to minimize a program to the system tray without editing that program's code? I'm using NotePad as an example.

Will this work with pretty much all programs?

EDIT: I was hoping for something that would minimize it to the right bottom of the screen (where all the program's icons are), sorry if I used the wrong term.

This does go to the system tray, but it still stays in the task bar, as well as minimizing back to the task bar and not the system tray when you open it from the system tray and try to minimize it.

Sorry can't understand that

On my computer, it just minimizes it, doesn't seem to go to the system tray.

use F11 to hide active windows, then use tray icon to unhide them
