gear Posted January 20, 2007 Share Posted January 20, 2007 I copy a string from a file, the string in the file is: this is a "line" of text since I cannot change the " to be ' mannully, so the string will be $str1="this is a "line" of text" Now I want to repalce the " to space, I use: $str1="this is a "line" of text" $text = StringReplace($str1, """, " ") but it fails.
