Can't Run Winword.exe

Halu! i've been trying to figure out what's the way in running MSWord application.

here's my code:

Run("WINWORD.EXE", "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office", @SW_MAXIMIZE)

just wondering why this can't do the job

Run("C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\WINWORD.EXE", "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office", @SW_MAXIMIZE)
