How do I shut a program down using Time Variables?

Hello, does anyhow know anything about setting timed events and maybe already has code for such a function?

I want to allow the user to enter a ON time of 09:35:00pm and a OFF time of 12:00:00pm and during the ON hours it runs a function.

If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great. Im kinda stuck, I noticed theres a ton of timer functions, so I figure this is a common thing to do, but not sure.
