patel Posted January 30, 2007 Share Posted January 30, 2007 (edited) I have developed this tool in which you can type (Or paste) your scripts and then hit run and it will compile/run your script right away. Just like an IDE. Just wondering if there is an interest on this. I had to write few scripts and it used it. It is really basic rightnow but I can add features to it if I get enough feedback and interest. I have attached screenshot. Please let me know if anyone wants to try. lod3n Posted January 31, 2007 Share Posted January 31, 2007 The tool does in fact already exist, it's called "Scite", it's installed with AutoIt (look for it), and Uten is referring to the hotkey Scite uses to compile and execute your script. If you're interested in compilers, go to the search form of the forum and type "COAST". this will list a tool I've posted. It reproduces the Aut2exe compiler with few additional functions (possible to perform mass compilations, restamping files timestamps, etc...)
