Is RC4 encryption still pretty good encryption or is there an updated version?

I see how _StringEncrypt encrypts a string. is there a file encryption version?

RC4 is still considered strong.

It's a title which follows your post-count. When you've posted 300 time you can change it to a custom text but obviously he

have left it blank, making it show the default text for his post-count. You use fake information for what, why and where ? :)
