MHz Posted February 7, 2007 Share Posted February 7, 2007 Here is a idea $var = GUICtrlRead($edit) $var = StringStripWS($var, 7) StringReplace($var, ' ', '') ; check @extended + 1 = word count you may also need to check for carriage returns or line feeds in the result as they are also whitespace.
