Hello I like to make a Auto Recorder.

$file = FileOpen("Chat.txt", 2)

; Check if file opened for reading OK
If $file = -1 Then
MsgBox(0, "Error", "Unable to open file.")
    Exit
EndIf

FileClose($file)

This would open the File up now how would i get the Text off the Page and have it save to the txt?

It would do this each time new text comes on the page. I dont need the text next time i run the recorder.

I looked under "Function" I Know its there. I just cant find it a little help please.

You want to write data from one file to another? why do you need to open a file in write mode?

maby this help:

$FileOpen = FileOpen("Chat.txt", 0)
$FileRead = FileRead($FileOpen)
FileClose($FileOpen)

MsgBox(0, "Read From File Chat.txt", $FileRead)

I need to Log all the typing That pops up in the part of my screen.

" Logs all the info "

I thought i would have it make a Txt file each time i start it up. Then it would just record all the typing that it will see in this Box/ part of my screen. Now it can delete after i rerun it less i move the file. If you all cant help me it does not matter i will learn myself. laters!

Doing this to bumb it

Also Would u all know how to have a timer set. Like a pop up window saying this much more time " Would Count Down "

Till the Autoit Does the next thing.

Say like

Sleep 300000 " thats 5 mins " A pop up box would come up and count down from 5 mins.

Or would i need C++ for this?
