Wooltown
AutoIT is freeware, people spending thousands of hours maintaining a script language that is superb. Keep up the good work, I have been using AutoIT for 2 years now and have always got good feedback and help for all my problems. For those who need more functionality, why don't write some UDF of their own, or search in the forum for lot of good eamples, or make a question to see if someone has fixed the problem before. Family and friends comes first, there is no way to autoIT a relationship. Complaining about no beta in 2 months, shame on you, most other computer stuff is updated as often as AutoIT. Valik
It is a facet of freeware, that when the developers get/lose girlfriends/wives, have children, lose loved ones, get jobs, start businesses, that the freeware development stutters.Lar.That being said, development hasn't really stuttered, just we seem to be making a lot of changes that aren't really user visible (Ideally) or cleaning things up. I know a lot of the work I've done recently will be completely unnoticed unless I screwed up and introduced a bug.I guess it's safe to say the next release is just going to be a maintenance release. We don't relaly have that kick-ass new feature but we've changed quite a bit of code around. As a result there's no real hurry to get it out the door. Administrators Jon Posted February 11, 2007 Administrators Share Posted February 11, 2007 Also like to add, latest production (released xmas-ish) version seems to be very stable. All the code currently being worked on - like Valik said - is internal code changes like making things neater, easier to maintain, foundations for future changes, fixing bad programming style, etc. You _really_ don't want us to release a beta with the state the current code is in Deployment Blog: https://www.autoitconsulting.com/site/blog/ SCCM SDK Programming: https://www.autoitconsulting.com/site/sccm-sdk/
