How to make Loading Bar....

i has file need to unzip use 7zip

i want make a "loading bar" seem install or unzip % <--show in the bar..

how can i do ?

it is very useful but if i want to zip one folder in one zip file , how can i change script?

and

i want to uncompression one file also seem is ~ how can i change?
