No, a program written for Notepad won't work for BitLord.

_Lib_WinWaitActive uses the AutoIt WinWaitActive function, so there are a couple of things that are causing your problem. First, you are not launching BitLord from the script, so it never receives focus and WinWaitActive is looking for that to happen. Second, as previously pointed out, you are looking for the wrong title. Either change the title you are looking for or modify WinTitleMatchMode.
