How to make my script read a line, do a command, read the next line, do the same command, until there are no more lines in the file it has to read ?

So, I have little question.

I want to make it possible in my script that it reads a line in a TXT file, put that line in a variable and process a command with it, then read the next line and again put it in the variable (overwriting the old value) and doing the same command and so over and over again till end of the file it reads from (the TXT file)

How can I do that ?
