Lee Evans
I have a script that sends a keystroke which can pop up a new active window. I need to know the title of the new window to be able to deal with it via some user defined functions I have written. However I have no way of knowing any of what the window title will be. They are only one word titles and there are six possibilitys for what it could be titled. I have read the help on the wintitle matching mode but they seem to require you to know some of the windows title. Sorry if it is staring me in the face in the help file but sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees. Thanx
sugi
$Title = WinGetTitle('') An empty string will use the current active window. Edited August 17, 2004 by sugi
this-is-me
You can also use the au3_spy to find out what classname the new window is. Who else would I be?
