tabs inside tab

Recommended Posts

hey all, i'm probably overlooking something simple i need this to create one tab, and then 3 tabs more inside of it.. but what it does is just creates 4 tabs.. it's driving me crazy :shocked:

#include <GUIConstants.au3>
Global $hMain, $Tab[3]
$hMain = GUICreate("", 565, 401, 149, 111, BitOR($WS_MAXIMIZEBOX,$WS_SIZEBOX,$WS_THICKFRAME,$WS_OVERLAPPEDWINDOW,$WS_TILEDWINDOW,$WS_TABSTOP))

$Tab[1] = GUICtrlCreateTab(10, 13, 526, 371)
GUICtrlCreateTabItem("TabSheet1")
    $Tab[2] = GUICtrlCreateTab(28, 54, 482, 312)
    GUISwitch($hMain,$Tab[2])
    GUICtrlCreateTabItem("TabSheet2")
    GUICtrlCreateTabItem("TabSheet3")
    GUICtrlCreateTabItem("TabSheet4")
    GUICtrlCreateTabItem("")
GUICtrlCreateTabItem("")
GUISetState(@SW_SHOW)

While 1
    $msg = GuiGetMsg()
    Select
    Case $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
        ExitLoop
    Case Else

    EndSelect
WEnd
Don't bother, It's inside your monitor!------GUISetOnEvent should behave more like HotKeySet()

i'm going to file a feature request..

Good luck with that. I would love to see it too but it's been requested before.

I've had a bit of success doing it by creating child windows on the first level tab item
