Possible to decompile a non decompile-allowed .exe?

Hi,

I made a program which I don't want the source to be published of. So while compiling it to .exe I unchecked the option "allow decompilation". I also have UPX disabled (so AVs wont see it as a virus) and compression set on normal.

So, I thought (think) it is impossible to decompile this .exe - but now some guy (possibly a nab) is telling me that he will decompile it anyway and get my source... Is this possible? Probably not but I'm just wanting to be sure
