Hello I am a big fan of bots I always loved how they were made and I would like to learn how I understand of coarse that I have to start at the very bottom and work myself to the more complicated scripts I downloaded the AutoIt 1-2-3 and completed the first test and after that I got an error saying Terminal Error what should I do I am using a Windows XP if that is messing with anything.

Also if you could direct me into any books I should read please do.

You dont need to read any books :)

What to do: Search the forum try to find some reasonable examples, then read about the topics within the example inn the help file.

EDIT: Topics of interest: PixelSearch, PixelGetColor, For .. To .. Next, While.. WEnd, If.. ElseIf.. Else.. EndIf (These are the most common functions used to build bots, there are others to but these are a good start, without gui that is.)
