is it me or SyntaxCheck?

hmm, well I have a script that breaks out of 2 levels of loops and I used the ExitLoop Command like so:

If $OK <> 1 Then ExitLoop (2)

For some reason, SyntaxCheck in Scite is declaring this a syntax error, is this a bug in SyntaxCheck or a mistake on my part?
