how to automate the web page containing different fields as texbox,combox ..etc?

Anybbody plz help me regarding this issues:

As My project is on Web Based.Within one module I have the problem as:

First I want to tell the contain of the web page.

See first There are button on Top Pannel as New,Save,Delete(Disabled),Reset...OK

Next there are some fields to fill information as

Employee ID :(TExt box as it is read only ..& will get automatically generated when saved the record)

Employee Type : (radio button) Teaching (radio button) Non - Teaching

Designation : ---- Select ----(Combobox Containing fields as Teacher )

Employee Name : (three text box) as First Name Middle Name Last Name

Next Increment : (as Combobox Day Containing the day as below) & (as Combobox Month Containing the Month as below)

Day 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 Month Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec*

GPF No. : (again text box)

Grid containing record & each record having Edit link to modofy particular record...

Okay these all are the fields on the web page.

now My Probs is that how to write script in autoit for these thing as Click on New button should able to blank all the fields & allow user to enter the new record...also individually I want to check the functionality (valid/Invalid) for each fields?

You are going to want to use the IE UDF library. It comes with AutoIt and there is a ton of documentation on it in the help file that comes with AutoIt. Look at some of the examples in the help file was well.
