GEA
Hi out there, I wanted to "compile a script with options" with the latest version of AutoIt. Last week I had AutoIt upgraded to the latest version and after the upgrade the dialog window doesn't show up anymore. Could it be a 'rights' issue on my PC ? I'm not the administrator of my machine. Thanks for your help

tagada
hi ! i don't know if it's a problem (i've the same) you can launch "Compile Script to .exe" from start menu. i don't think that admin rigths are important. GEA
Look here especially at changelog. It has been removed (GUI) and replaced with script directives.Removed from GUI, does that mean I can't launch compilation with options directly from SCITE ? where do find explanations for 'script directives' ? Developers Jos Posted June 11, 2007 Developers Share Posted June 11, 2007 (edited) Removed from GUI, does that mean I can't launch compilation with options directly from SCITE ?F7 will still compile from SciTEwhere do find explanations for 'script directives' ?...the Helpfile that comes with the SciTE4AutoIt3 installer ? (Ctrl+F1)By the way... I did announce the removal of the GUI many times but nobody cared to respond, so I removed it.Now it looks like more people than I assumed were using this GUI, I started to create a separate AutoIt3Wrapper_GUI script which will bring back the "Compile with Options" with a GUI and this time supporting all possible Directives. This new script will maintain the Directives in the script in stead of using a INI file like before.see here for more info Edited June 11, 2007 by JdeB SciTE4AutoIt3 Full installer Download page - Beta files Read before posting How to post scriptsource Forum etiquette Forum Rules Live for the present, Dream of the future, Learn from the past.
