BananaFredSoft Posted June 13, 2007 Share Posted June 13, 2007 Why is it that when I use this: #include <GUIConstants.au3> $mygui = GUICreate("My GUI Edit") $ed1 = GUICtrlCreateEdit("", 0, 0) GUISetState(@SW_SHOW) Do $msg = GUIGetMsg() Until $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE IniWrite(@ScriptDir & "\Temp.ini", "Temp", "Edit", GUICtrlRead($ed1)) oÝ÷ ٩ݸzÊ&zØb"¶¨®j+zX§zƧvØ^ìb¶Øb±«¢+Ø(¥¹±Õ±ÐíU% ½¹ÍѹÑ̹ÔÌÐì((ÀÌØíµåÕ¤ôU% ÉÑ ÅÕ½Ðí5äU$¥ÐÅÕ½Ðì¤(ÀÌØíÄôU% Ñɱ ÉѥРÅÕ½ÐìÅÕ½Ðì°À°À¤)U% ÑɱMÑÑ ÀÌØíÄ°%¹¥I¡MÉ¥ÁѥȵÀìÅÕ½ÐìÀäÈíQµÀ¹¥¹¤ÅÕ½Ðì°ÅÕ½ÐíQµÀÅÕ½Ðì°ÅÕ½Ðí¥ÐÅÕ½Ðì°ÅÕ½ÐìÅÕ½Ð줤)U%MÑMÑÑ¡M]}M!=¤)¼($ÀÌØíµÍôU%Ñ5Í ¤)U¹Ñ¥°ÀÌØíµÍôÀÌØíU%}Y9Q} 1=M)%¹¥]ɥѡMÉ¥ÁѥȵÀìÅÕ½ÐìÀäÈíQµÀ¹¥¹¤ÅÕ½Ðì°ÅÕ½ÐíQµÀÅÕ½Ðì°ÅÕ½Ðí¥ÐÅÕ½Ðì°U% ÑɱI ÀÌØíĤ¤( puts only the first line into the edit box. MrCreatoR Posted June 13, 2007 Share Posted June 13, 2007 It's because IniRead() reads only the values from key, you write at the begining to ini key two lines, but the key will always have one line, the another line will writen as new line without any keys = values... Try this one: #include <GUIConstants.au3> $mygui = GUICreate("My GUI Edit") $ed1 = GUICtrlCreateEdit("", 0, 0) GUISetState(@SW_SHOW) Do $msg = GUIGetMsg() Until $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE IniWrite(@ScriptDir & "\Temp.ini", "Temp", "Edit", StringReplace(GUICtrlRead($ed1), @CRLF, " \n"))oÝ÷ Ø Ý¶§jëh×6#include <GUIConstants.au3> $mygui = GUICreate("My GUI Edit") $ed1 = GUICtrlCreateEdit("", 0, 0) GUICtrlSetData($ed1, StringReplace(IniRead(@ScriptDir & "\Temp.ini", "Temp", "Edit", ""), "\n", @CRLF)) GUISetState(@SW_SHOW) Do $msg = GUIGetMsg() Until $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE IniWrite(@ScriptDir & "\Temp.ini", "Temp", "Edit", GUICtrlRead($ed1)) Spoiler Using OS: Win 7 Professional, Using AutoIt Ver(s): 3.3.6.1 / 3.3.8.1 AutoIt Russian Community My Work...
