kevinst
Hello, I can successfully use GetPixelColor(0,0) to get the color of the pixel in the upper left corner of the screen. However, GetPixelColor (0,1) I'm thinking should be the one directly under it. It does not work for me. I have tried the settings for AutoItSetOption("PixelCoordMode",0) using 0,1,2 but I can't make it work. Any suggestions? Thanks
narayanjr
what exactly happens when you do that?
kevinst
what exactly happens when you do that?I'm assuming that you mean what happens when I change the PixelCoordMode? For the pixel color that is returned, half the time it is for the pixel 0,0 and other times I'm not certain what pixel is being returned.
Moderators SmOke_N Posted July 1, 2007 Moderators Share Posted July 1, 2007 can successfully use GetPixelColor(0,0) to get the color of the pixel in the upper left corner of the screen. I find that hard to believe Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer. weaponx
What Sm0ke_N is trying to say is the function is called PixelGetColor, not GetPixelColor. $pixel1 = Hex(PixelGetColor ( 0 , 0 )) $pixel2 = Hex(PixelGetColor ( 0 , 1 )) MsgBox (0,"", "0,0: " & $pixel1 & @CRLF & "0,1: " & $pixel2)
