IsNumber & Inputbox [Not Working?]

I believe it doesn't work as it is returning a string answer, If i convert it to a number it also converts the text???

Hi,

First of all, you pass the numbers as string, it is not correct, the password character in your case is " 12", it must be a character, not number by string... sorry, didn't know about the restriction issue...

The InputBox return string, not numbers, if you like to check if was typed only numbers, you will have to use RegExp...

You can also try custom _InputBox(), there you can set that user will have to type only numbers, that way you do not need to check if was typed numbers at all

Just use StringIsDigit():

Just to add to PsaltyDS's response....it may be appropriate to use StringStripWS before StringIsDigit. In this case, a string of numbers with a space in the middle won't return false. That may or may not be what you need.
