Run ("C:\Nightwish - The Kinslayer.mp3")

Error: Unable to execute the external program.

mp3 isn't a program

you could try:

run(@comspec & '  /c start "C:\Nightwish - The Kinslayer.mp3"')

remember start's different on different os's on the NT flavoures you need to have the extra item in quotes in there for title:
run(@comspec & '  /c start "Playing a song, a happy happy song" "C:\Nightwish - The Kinslayer.mp3"')

if you want to play the mp3, you could search the helpfile for something that rhymes with SoundPlay()
