Have you gotten it working with any other Windows application? There is no magic in AutoIt. AutoIt is a Windows application that does it's work through C++ code compiled to Windows, and by calling Windows APIs and DLLs. If there is already a service that exposes COM objects for it, or a Windows DLL for it, then AutoIt could use those. If you've got number crunching that serious to do... why do it in Windows anyway?
