gentoodude
Hi all, I am trying to print a pdf file within IE window. #include <IE.au3> ;$objIE = _IECreate($CmdLine[1],0,0) $objIE = _IECreate("http://www.gwu.edu/~map/pmap/GW_CampusMap.pdf",0,1) _IEAction ($objIE,"printdefault") _IELoadWait ($objIE) sleep(5000) _IEAction ($objIE,"quit") _IEQuit($objIE) It works with any other pages but pdf. Can anyone help me? Thanks
mikehunt114
I believe you need to "print" from Acrobat Reader, not IE. When you open a .pdf in IE, it creates an embedded Reader. There may be a way to use IE's print, but I can't experiment atm. I suggest looking into Adobe Reader API to find a print call there. DaleHohm
Mike is correct - and I know of no IE API tricks to do this for you.
