magician13134
Hey, I need a way to put an icon inside an input control (or make it look that way). The best example i have is a favicon (look next to the www in the URL bar of the internet browser you're in). Actually, I'd prefer it to be a combo, but whatever. Anyone have any ideas? Maybe a workaround? Thanks Visit Magic Soft Inc. for some of my software

magician13134
Yeah, that's what I'm doing now... But I would really like it inside... Is there any way to make the input or combo not have ANY border? Because then I could put both in a sunken style label... Oh! I got it! It's an Exstyle... $WS_EX_TOOLwindow... Cool. Thanks for your help though. This is what I was after: #include <GuiConstants.au3> $Gui = GuiCreate("Test", 260, 100) GUICtrlCreateLabel("", 15, 39, 230, 20, $SS_SUNKEN) GUICtrlSetState(-1, $GUI_DISABLE) GUICtrlSetBkColor(-1, 0xFFFFFF) GUICtrlCreateIcon("shell32.dll", 15, 18, 41, 16, 16) GUICtrlCreateInput("", 45, 42, 190, 14, -1, $WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW) GUISetState() While 1 $Msg = GUIGetMsg() Switch $Msg Case -3 Exit Case Else EndSwitch WEnd Edited August 13, 2007 by magician13134 Visit Magic Soft Inc. for some of my software
