Dana L. Houseman Posted August 12, 2007 Share Posted August 12, 2007 I wrote this script to help me program HP Jet Direct 170x boxes on my LAN. Utilized on WindowsXP. I do this after a reset of the box, but just in case you need it, I added an input for your existing password. Script prompts for existing password, current ip, new ip, new gateway, and new password then after a confirmation it opens telnet and sends the commands to program the Print Server.
